When repair is not the answer
Sometimes the inspection's honest report is that the system is done: every slope worn, the decking tired, the repairs queuing up faster than they can pay for themselves. Then replacement gets discussed plainly, in the same conversation, with the immediate repair priced beside it where one exists. What never happens here is a replacement decided before the roof has been looked at. The roof you have gets its inspection first.
What we do not do
Door knocking after storms is not the business; if a crew you never called is on your porch after a hail night, that is a sales model, not this one. New construction roofing belongs to builders' own crews. Flat commercial roofs belong to specialists with different tools. And if your problem turns out to be the gutters, the siding, or a plumbing vent leaking inside the wall rather than through the roof, you will hear that it is not a roof problem rather than be sold a roof solution.
