How this site works, in plain terms

Last updated: at launch

Olentangy Roofing is a marketing and referral brand operated by ZT Direct LLC. This website advertises roof repair and roof replacement, takes requests by phone, email, and form, and passes those requests to an independent local roofing company that performs the work.

That means: the roofer who arrives at your house works for the performing company, not for this website. Your agreement for the work, including its price, payment terms, and any warranty on parts or labor, is with the performing company and is stated in its service documents. ZT Direct LLC is compensated for the marketing and referral services this site provides.

We publish this because homeowners deserve to know who they are dealing with at each step. If anything about this arrangement is unclear, ask us at [email protected], or ask the roofer before work begins.
